Contract Withdrawal Request (D.Lgs 209/2025)

In compliance with the most recent European directives, exercising your right of withdrawal on Canellini has become simple, quick, and transparent. If you have changed your mind about your purchase and 14 days have not yet passed since you received the goods, you can start the procedure directly from this page, without having to provide any reason.

How the withdrawal works in 3 steps:

1. Fill out the form below: Enter your name, the email used for the purchase, and the order number (you can find it in the confirmation email or in your personal area).
2. Specify the products: If you want to return only a part of your order, indicate it clearly in the “Notes” field.
3. Receive legal confirmation: As soon as you press the submit button, our system will send you an automatic email notification containing the exact date and time of receipt, which will serve as an official receipt on a durable medium.

What happens after submission? Our Customer Service will process your request within 24/48 working hours and will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the return package via email.

Refund terms: Once the request is approved and the product (or proof of shipping) is received, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen for the initial purchase.
